Our stay at Halifax House was overall pleasant and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city center. The bed in our room was comfortable and the pillows provided were of high quality. We were pleased to have both a main bathroom and an en-suite, and the unexpected surprise of a bath with jets was a nice bonus. The instructions for entering the building and our room were clear and convenient, with pin codes provided for easy access. Despite a few minor issues, such as a broken bin lid in the en-suite and a scalding hot shower, we had a satisfactory experience.

The room was lovely and modern, with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. The bathroom was particularly good. The setting was marvelous and conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and the town center. The staff were nice and helpful.

It was spotless in general: nice room, incredible location close to main attractions, the pier and other main tourist spots, popular bars and pubs, train station and grocery and all the bars & restaurants.

Rooms were fantastic and lovely, with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. The hosts of this apartment were helpful.

Value for money was excellent. The apartment was perfect for a few days getaway, with lots of space, including a second loo and dressing room. The location was excellent, everything within a short walking distance. The staff were available anytime and very helpful, making the whole experience even better.

We loved the easy access with the door code, and the host was lovely and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The communication was excellent throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and well-designed property in a central location, with attention to detail. Furnishings and beds were comfortable, and there was a good array of kitchen utensils available. The location was excellent, just a quick walk away from the city center and popular tourist spots.

There were some issues with getting into the building and apartment, and the internet and television had to be sorted out with assistance. The sofa bed was not big enough for two people, causing inconvenience.

This place has an amazing location near the city center, and the owner was very helpful during my stay.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed as foreign tourists and more. The communication with the owner was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all attractions. The apartment itself was modern and equipped with all necessary amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Liverpool!
